We had the place to ourselves and the beautiful wildlife right on the river. Shanna and Kenny were wonderful and handled every aspect of our trip. The pool and bbq were fun! I would definitely stay here again. The family of Howler Monkeys with babies were my favorite part. Peaceful, serene, and in the jungle.

I did a lot of research for our trip to Belize and just really couldn't find a place that seemed more appealing in our price range than Sleeping Giant. I was not disappointed. First, I'll say that we are the type of people to rent a car so we have a mode of transportation to explore, but at the suggestion of the hotel manager we decided to go with the hotel car service. This is place is a bit outside of the city, but totally worth it. It's very clean and relaxing and the breakfast is quite good. No stale donuts or questionable pancake batter here. They were really good about making arranging transport for us and making sure we were comfortable. Also, the staff is super friendly, especially the drivers and front desk staff. Overall, a very great experience!

Jow and Marta treated me to a wonderful evening of conversation with them and other guests. A superb evening. Will visit there next time I'm in Belmopan.

I think it's important people understand where they are staying. There is no door dash no room service. You won't see anyone around the grounds. For us it was so peaceful. Two total units on the property... We wanted an experience in the jungle with high end digs. The geckos sang to us it was unforgettable!

We felt like we were whisked away to China at Joyce Garden! Everything from the beautiful grounds, delicious dining at Green Pandan, to feeling safe and relaxed! Joyce and her family are very welcoming and kind! We can’t wait to go back!

Go here! We took our 17 and 12 y/o and no one wanted to leave. The staff is the friendliest and most anticipatory you will come across. They have your table setup each day, if they hear you mention wanting to try something they will make it happen (they literally went into the jungle and picked bread fruit for us), and they had items ready for every activity we had mentioned possibly wanting to do. They gave jungle, water activities, and excursions and they are all the cheapest we have...

I took a chance on this place since I could not find any reviews. I'm very glad I did! The staff was wonderful and the place was absolutely beautiful. If you want to experience the jungle (with comfort) this is the place to go. I could also walk to Blue Hole National Park within 10 minutes. I highly recommend this place.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Kiki Witz. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and nice, and the grounds were lovely. Lots of beautiful birds and other animals to see.

Perfect stay for 4 travellers for 2 nights. Wasn’t large or fancy but suited our needs for the short stay, especially when we spent the day exploring and didn’t need to stay in the room. The owner/manager was absolutely helpful.

The whole place was amazing! The cabins were bare bones but clean and cute. We had a porch in the back right by the rainforest, but wished there had been comfy chairs to sit on instead of a small, hard bench. The bathrooms were clean with some interesting insect life to observe while sitting there. Showers were hot and good pressure. The Toucan Cafe up front was superb - we ate every meal there. There is comfortable indoor and outdoor seating. Fridge and coffee maker are available for guests....

The host accommodated me even though my flight in was after the listed check in time on the site. He also arranged for my transportation to the property. The condo was very clean, quiet, and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable and you could even smell the cleanliness of the unit and the sheets. Being a female solo traveler, I felt very safe and secure.

I arrived early in the day, and Colin was very responsive and understanding of my situation allowing me to have a room immediately. The room was comfortable and clean. Later in the day, Colin came by to check if I needed anything. Since the nearby restaurants were closed, he personally made the drive to pick up food and deliver it to us. The next day, he even gave us a ride to the airport. His personalized attention meant a lot to me. Thank you to Colin and to the Bomboleo Inn!
