This was an amazing holiday. Although not officially a luxury resort, Thundi Guest House's luxury lies in its location, beautiful nature everywhere, and it's people. When we arrived at the airport, we waited about an hour to get on the speedboat. Speedboat fee is pricey, but to get to the resort, it is the only way. We were in the 2nd story of an overwater villa on the edge of the pier with nothing but ocean and sunset east of us. I can't recommend the overwater villa enough, unless you are trying really to save and want to stay beachside. Being able to see the sunrise, reef below, and sunset in the distance every day away from people passing by and bar music was really amazing.
