"Ok…super beyond great stay! Modern clean equipped and easy! Perfect location for almost everything! The price was beyond good and the suite is unmatched in the 100’s of places I’ve stayed! My ONLY concern was the 4 pm super crazy chaotic check in! The building has 100’s of apartments for short term rental and the lobby was chaos(my checkin was easy, so the pre arrival) but the 3 available elevators to the 39th floor took forever, to be expected I suppose! The view was spectacular and...

"It was a great stay, excellent views, easy part of town to get to everything, just gotta walk. The elevators do take a while, sometimes but that is expected in a high rise during busy times. It was perfect for my son and I. Communication was super easy and smooth. No issues at all."

"We loved the “suite style” rooms. Great location, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to visit."

"A wonderful stay in the heart of Toronto We had an amazing stay at the Shangri-La Toronto. The hotel is beautiful, luxurious and exceptionally comfortable, with friendly and attentive service throughout. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and everything about the experience felt special. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily return."
