"We were on the 11th floor and facing the ocean. The view was perfect. We had stayed at the main building and the check-in was quick and efficient. I had enjoyed our nightly spa(s) with their multitude of hot tubs. The only negative I have is the we found a cockroach in our suite."

"We had a fantastic stay at Lotte Hotel Busan. The hotel was exceptionally clean and modern, and we were fortunate to have a spacious room on a high floor with a great city view. The room itself was very comfortable, well-designed, and impeccably maintained. We really appreciated the space and overall quality, and honestly wished we could have stayed longer. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We didn’t have the chance to try the dining options, so can’t comment on that, but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel."

"Amazing hotel, excellent amenities - pool and sauna are awesome. Rooms were large and very well appointed. It was a very premium experience. The real fast buffet was great. Location on the beach provided beautiful views, and very close to the night market shopping street. Lots of dining options nearby. We loved our stay at this hotel. "

"Great value. Though not within the shopping district, it is only few minutes from metro Line 2 (exit 3). The room was very spacious and clean. Front desk receptionists can be more friendly but I really enjoyed my stay!"

"Room was spacious and clean. Large kitchen area with washing machine. Big bathroom. Towels changed daily. Would be nice to have some dishes/cutlery and somewhere to hang wet laundry. Also blackout curtains would be nice for the rooms facing the 24/7 large video advertisement on the hotel across the road."
