This was our first trip to Tirana, and based on the Albanian history of isolation, we were not sure what to expect. We found the Rogner Hotel to be an absolute gem of a hotel in the middle of an otherwise modest city. Wow, Freddy's helped us out of a jam when our other guest house booking was cancelled last minute.
