"The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The room had an amazing view and a large balcony. I could sit and watch the sun set. Breakfast was a fresh traditional plated Albanian breakfast with coffee, juice and water included. There was a restaurant at the hotel and taxis nearby which was very convenient. Walking into town was a steep walk down a hill and then back up to get to the hotel, so I’d recommend bringing good walking shoes. I travelled in late September/early October, considered off season but there were still quite a few fellow tourists without the huge crowds which I enjoyed. The room was large and clean, included a kettle and tea. I would definitely recommend and stay here again on my next visit"

"Very nice room and lovely lady at desk . Check in in my booking say 13:00 and when arrive at the time for it they said check in is 14:00-14:30 she said that is incorrect and contact Expedia for fix this on future.
