Absolutely amazing place to stay in Banos. It is a bit far from the city centre, but I came to appreciate that right away. Banos is known for it’s adventure activities, but I think some of my favorite moments were just chilling in the hammock at La Casa Verde doing nothing. Johan was very kind and helpful in ensuring I had an enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay again if I make it back to Banos.

Clean Room

We stayed 2 days and enjoyed this time very much. It was raining and we chose not to leave the property. There were million things to do: long swimming in the pool. The water was perfect, the music pleasing, the view unbelievable. Then there is this park with peacocks and many pleasant surprises around each corner. Then there was a huge hall with a piano. Amazing hotel to stay with you love ones

For sure one of the premier properties in Banos and the location in front of the waterfall can’t be beat! Plus a large outdoor pool, game room, pool front bar, indoor hot tubs and spa, all first class! The breakfast buffet with the patio overlooking the waterfall is amazing too!!! I strongly recommend. I had an amazing solo stay at Deluxe Volcán. The room was modern, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, but the real highlight was the breathtaking panoramic view over Baños. Relaxing in the bathtub while looking out over the mountains and the town was unforgettable. The floor to ceiling windows made it feel like the scenery was part of the room. The hotel has a unique vibe, a mixture of old as the original buildings is around 118 years old, but modern as the rooms are modern and the restaurant is a pleasure to eat in. It is off the noisy Main Street and a short walk to the hot springs. Everything was in excellent condition and Paulo was super helpful in all areas. His English was great which helped us a lot.

A wonderful, small hotel with clean rooms and great views of Banos and the waterfall and hills beyond the town. A reasonably priced breakfast was good and served by attentive staff. All the personal were very helpful and friendly.

This property is run by a lovely Ecuadorian couple, Elva and Jimmy. Everything was easy and smooth. We wanted to go whitewater rafting and they took care of all the details. It's in a neighborhood just below the hike/stairs to the Virgen viewpoint. It's very quiet and safe, but the setting was a bit more "in town" than I expected from the photos. We were able to go in late easily and it was very centrral to our event. They also served us a nice breakfast and the room was laid out nice with super comfy pillows and mattress. A bit pricey though.

Great experience here, location was perfect right near the hot springs. Staff were very kind and professional, would highly recommend.

The location and design and decor were fitting to being in the Oriente in Ecuador. The pool was a fantastic addition. Service was helpful and friendly. Food good. A woman named Lorena at the front desk helped us tremendously. She’s the best.
