Brian was a great host ! We were always able to communicate with him. He made sure we were comfortable with whatever we needed. Place was immaculate. Very modern. Love the royal blue decor. He definitely paid attention to detail. Room had everything you need. I would definitely consider staying there again on my next trip.
Entrance is a bit difficult to find, on the left hand side down the lil street but everything else was amazing! From the rooms to breakfast and service! Love it!
Frank was a great host, he responded quickly and the house was spotless when we got there. It was in the perfect location for us, there are a couple of beaches only 8 minutes away. Also, there is a bakery about 3 minutes from the house called Isabela bakery you must try, they have the best pastries.
They need to pay attention to the little things. The curtain in our room was broken and would not close so as a result the morning sun would hit us right in the face upon sunrise. Most of the usb outlets did not work, the bathroom outlet was loose so if you tried to unplug your cable the complete outlet would come out of the wall, the furniture in the room was stained nasty looking. Great property. Food was ok. Staff was very helpful. Hot water for showers. Nice beach chairs and umbrellas to sit on the beach. The room walls/doors are thin. Could hear the lady next door taking on the phone and heard every word. Shampoo/soaps provided. Bed was comfortable. There were lots of kids in the pool always. Had a nice gym for the gym rats like myself! Would recommend.
We loved our stay, swam at the beach and enjoyed strolling at sunrise. Angel got us checked in and settled quickly and when we created a problem Valerie helped out tremendously. Would love to come back.
