"Was an excellent stay. Suite was spacious with a shower walk in to a private onsen. Beautiful view of the ocean and was steps away from the beach and local restaurants. Dinner and breakfast options are a must. The selection and service was first class. Advertised as a buffett, however it was anything but. With a chef on hand cooking Wagyu beef to a great assortment of side dishes, salads and desserts, we were thoroughly impressed. Public onsen and rooftop pool

"I chose this hotel to take my mum with walking problem. They have spacious, clean swimming center and onsen hot spring in the connected annex. Our room was on the 8th floor and had an amazing view of Sagami Bay. It suited our purpose but it is NOT a place to get about by public transport. It is isolated on the hill and their free shuttle bus runs only once every hour to Odawara. However for a quiet, relaxing few days, it was perfect for us! "I loved my time here. I stayed in a traditional Japanese style room which was a great experience. The view from my room was amazing! The staff were friendly and helpful and my room was clean. There’s a shuttle bus that goes from the hotel to Hakone-Yumoto station but I didn’t use it so can’t comment but that is helpful as 3/4 of the walk to the hotel is fine and easy but the last 1/4 of the way is a pretty steep incline. "We had an excellent experience at KAI Ito! Our family of four stayed in a room with a private hot spring tub. The suite was large and comfortable, and both breakfast and dinner were included. The food was extravagant and excellent, but note that it will not be appropriate for very picky eaters. "とても良かったです、気持ちよくくつろげました、スタッフの方も皆さん感じよかったです。朝ごはん美味しかった！お風呂はDIANE、BOTANIST、＆honeyのシャンプーとトリートメントがあって、試せて良かった！(女湯のみのよう) ちなみにノーブランド？乳液、化粧水なども無料でもらえました。うっかりメイク落としと洗顔料を忘れたので、コンビニで買ってきたのですが、ここはお風呂に洗顔フォームもありました。一つだけ、残念だったのは、お風呂に続く階段、上り下りが多くて80超えた母がしんどそうでした。エレベーターがあると嬉しいです。ペット同伴でなくても楽しく過ごせました！ありがとうございます "
