The hotel is newly opened and very modern. Self check in/out system and the rooms are like mini modern apartments with cookers. Washing machine. Refrigerator. A bit TV. Suitable for short stays whether on business or leisure. The Japanese buffet breakfast was lovely. But if that’s not for you. There’s a great bakery in the foyer too....
I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the room at the amenities that were included. This was a perfect location, 5 minutes.Walking distance to chinatown and the Port.
They have a beautiful rooftop Lounge and a bar in lounge on the twelfth floor A very friendly staff. However , make sure they understand what you're asking. I asked about evening entertainment in the area and was told there wasn't any only to find out later that this is the The jazz capital of Japan. There are several jazz...
one of the best hotels we ever stayed in japan. could not wish better in terms room, service, cleanness...everything...wish we had same one at other locations. big regret!!! thank you for everything!!!
I can’t find a single point of complaint of this hotel. Staff are extremely helpful even if you can’t speak fluent Japanese. Room is clean, amenities are great (WiFi, free water, inexpensive laundry machines, free coffee and tea, and etc). The location is great, drug/convenient store just right next to the hotel, 3 mins walking to Yokohama station, 5 minutes walk to shopping centers and malls. Not to mention all the nearby restaurants.
What attracted me to this hotel was its low price. It is an older hotel and the room was spacious and well-maintained. It was surprisingly easy to check in and for those who are arrivive by car, there appears to be adequate parking below the hotel.
I was traveling to Totsuka for business. This hotel allowed me to walk to work. It also has close proximity to restaurants and shopping.
The wifi is very fast. The rooms are clean and modern. The staff is friendly.
It's a bit small for western travelers used to larger rooms. If you prefer that, you might have to stay in Yokohama, where there are several luxury western-style hotels.
The Narita Express travels to this station, so it was an easy train ride to the hotel from the airport. It was...
Peaceful Onsen, not a tourist hotel, which is just what I wanted. Clean, simple rooms. a blissful stay. I am an american english speaker and found using translation apps, and following the lead of those around me very helpful. The "rules" are different than other hotels I've been too- e.g. : you need to check in and out to leave (but the process is usually quick). Very kind, welcoming place. AND the Asian Breeze Thai oil massage was the BEST massage I have had in a long time. I am already...
I liked having access to the bath. However, it was a little confusing because the staff did not give us the special bath key card when we first checked in. So we thought we could use our room key. But instead we had to go back to the desk to ask for the bath key card. Other than that, the stay was pleasant. There's no view out the window, though, even if you open the window.
Amazing hotel with great views. I originally planned on staying at the Intercontennetial but decided on this hotel instead since it was 30% lower priced and had good reviews. Its also really close to the atrractions. Im glad I msde the switch. They gave me a free upgrade to a deluxe room on the top floor! On my side of the hotel, you can see a perfect view of the Ferris wheel and the surrounding area. Hotel condition is excellent. Clean air, clean washrooms, clean carpets, etc. Everything is...
