Excellent property. Modern with all amenities in description. Loved the location. Easy access to Mt. Fuji and the great outdoors. Nature and local culture at your fingertips.

Hotel was conveniently situated close to the train station. Room was clean and spacious by Japanese standards. We got a room with a birds-eye view of Mt Fuji and were lucky to get a clear view in the middle of the summer. Breakfast was excellent, too.

I liked the capsules themselves, they provided a modern and comfortable experience. The shower was nice too and there were easy accommodations which was nice.

Was a nice stay, liked the fact that there was bikes we were able to use to get around. Would definitely stay here again.

Delightfully surprised. Much better than expected. Although its an older hotel, we received a non-smoking and clean, comfortable and spacious room. The mountain view room, did indeed have a view of Mt. Fuji. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great, 1 block from the train and bus station.

My favourite stay ever. The location is a little difficult to get to, but the email instructions were very clear and helpful. The design of the place is spectacular. This is a cozy, beautiful house surrounded by nature. Very clean and completely equipped. Make sure you do all your shopping before you head out; there aren't many options close by.

Very modern with great view of Mt. Fuji. I loved the low-oxygen exercise room.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Nice amenities too. Location a bit off the main road but ride shares/taxis had no problems finding it.

Beautiful property. All the details taken care off. Amazing porche with Mount Fuji view. Has a grill, your own wooden bath. The only caveat is that you need taxi for everything from this location, which we did it care.

Negatives first - this hotel is abit out the way, so if you plan on going, it might be worth more than a day trip/more than one night stay. The arcad/entertainment rooms are very dated and could use some investment. Maybe opt for a lake view, we chose Fuji but as it was cloudy it wasn’t the best view in the world. That’s it.... Positives - shuttle bus service from the train/bus station is fantastic. Check in was smooth and easy, the room was beautiful (room 807), dinner was clearly lovingly...

Easily one of the best hotels I've every stayed at. The staff is courteous, helpful, and very professional. Despite its age, the hotel does not feel old or worn out - I was pleasantly surprised by how well maintained, clean, and neat everything was. The rooms were generously spacious, offered an amazing view of Mt. Fuji in the early morning, and a wonderful view of the bay at night. Deceptive from the outside / front. Simple beauty, great staff, and an over the top room. We want to go back!!!

The hotel is lovely. The room with the Mt.Fuji view was big with a couch & chair from which we could view the mountain to our heart’s content. The shower/bath was large and comfortable. The beds were firm. The room was clean. The staff was accommodating. Fuji-Q amusement park is next door, but there was no noticeable noise in the hotel. 7-11 is on property. There are multiple options available for food. Our only complaint is that the transportation options from the rail station were not...

This was my first trip to Japan, I had to make some last minute itinerary changes and came upon Dormy Hot Springs. The room was a little smaller than I expected - by traveling solo I needed a clean comfortable space, this was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful to an American who spoke no Japanese. The breakfast buffet was exceptional plus to the stay.
