"The hotel is in a very convenient location right in with the Hakodate station. The rooms are clean and comfortable and relatively spacious for Japanese hotels. The top floor onsen has amazing views of the rail yards and harbour."

"Very convenient, next to the Sapporo train station but still quiet and convenient to walk around. Also has a small shopping strip as part of the building. Also has a carpark about JPY800/night. Room was standard and clean. Amenities were good."

"A very pleasant stay. Good location. Friendly, efficient staff. Room was clean and spacious. Cleaning scheduled every 3 days, although towels replaced daily if requested. Aircon was set for the whole hotel, so not adjustable in your room. The temperature was ok, but I found it a little warm when in bed and couldn't open the window to let any cool air in either. Overall though, good value and recommended."
