"The check in staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is absolutely perfect. The onset is first rate . We had a totally relaxing experience after a hot day shopping. The staff in the onsen restaurant were very attentive. The only downside was the room I requested was twin beds and I got a queen only."

"Clean room, room amenities were great, staff were helpful, AC works great in room and hallway. Walking distance to the station to Disney. Restaurant and store close earlier than Disneyland or DisneySea end time so we had no dinner option unless you can buy an expensive packaged food if you’re lucky to find in a low availability. No restaurants nearby hotels. No pool. This hotel is just for sleep not much for fun during stay"

"I stayed in a double room and a single room .For the price it is okay-storage for luggage is under the bed.I find the bathroom very small as a 5’8 when sitting my knees nearly touch the door.Overall I found the single room to be slightly more spacier overall.Would stay here again because of the easy check in and out process.Especially the express check out which was very convenient for catching 5am trains to Narita airport.No complications."
