"A very pleasant stay, with friendly and helpful staff and good communication with reception. The room was comfortable and well equipped, including a Dyson-style hair dryer, which was a lovely touch. The location is very convenient for the airport, making it an efficient choice for an overnight stay. The shuttle was particularly convenient and took only about a minute from the airport. Just be aware that walking to the hotel from the airport is not possible, so the shuttle is essential. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay, especially if you need easy airport access."

However we were disappointed by 2 things: - the reception staff were rude (“sorry talk to my colleague I’m doing something urgent”, “now you have to pay” after I asked the details of a bill and confirm this is fine, another one hanging up on me on the phone…) - the junior suite was just a large room (nothing that would typically justify the name “suite” such as a proper sitting area)"

"This is, indeed, a grand hotel. A most comfortable stay, right in the heart of the old town. Wonderful and helpful staff helped guide me to parking in the pedestrian area. "There was quite a bit of work and construction going on around the area, but surprisingly, it was very quiet at night despite the hotel being located in the city center. The hotel itself felt almost magical, with a beautiful atmosphere, and the room and amenities were great. My only disappointment was that it wasn’t clearly stated that some rooms on the third floor have no windows. I wish this had been mentioned in the room description, as it would have helped me make a more informed choice when booking. Other than that, I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is centrally located, comfortable, and a great base for exploring the city."
