We've stopped here for 4 nights during our trip to Italy. Roncobello is a nice and quiet town situated in Alps with a lot of hiking trails within 30min distance (driving).
The room we've stayed at was recently renovated and was really nice and fresh. It had everything we needed from comfortable bed, flat screen TV, wifi, to beautiful bathroom.
Resort staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast was very good too! Make sure to try the restaurant in the evening, the food is the best...
Overall its an amazing hotel ! We loved the location in the piazza, the building and its history, the decor, the artwork. Really beautiful. Breakfast is good and the staff serving you is very helpful and friendly so as the housekeeping lady. Bit surprised by the mess in the SPA, altought the spa itself is super stylish and comfy. Dissapointing, that the room we booked did not match the pictures or the size mentioned on the web. The receptionist told us to get it we should book through the hotel...
A nice place to relax. The shower plumbing wasn't working properly so water went everywhere and it wasn't a great shower to begin with but the people were so nice and it was a nice place to read and enjoy the mountain views and food was good (it's Italy!).

Wonderful hotel run by wonderful people. This is the second time that I stay here: Last Summer they rented me a bike for free and I went all around Lake Iseo; this year they offered me a discounted ticket for the famous spa, which is the town’s main attraction. It was a pleasure to talk with the owner of the hotel and share stories with him. And it is always amazing to admire and taste the huge variety of cakes being offered for breakfast.
