Short walk to walled city, safe neighborhood but most of all fantastic staff. I have never seen a group of people that are so kind, helpful and willing to do anything for their customers. We had an incident that required an ambulance in the very early hours of the morning. The night desk shift manager took such good care of us, calling ambulance, explaining to us in English what was going to happen. The hotel is pretty well located ..it was quiet and comfortable. Parking was fine. The intended was a bit sketchy on my phone. Breakfast was the usual fare; yet, nice quality.
The location and views were fantastic. We had an easy 20 min drive to Lucca each day. Perfect mix of peaceful vineyard and olive tree landscape with easy access to Lucca city restaurants and shopping. Owners and staff were wonderful.
Room was clean and quiet. Location is directly across from the promenade so it very convenient to the beach and for walking to dinner. Also an excellent place to run. A 10 -15 minute walk from the train station. Trains were an easy connection for Pisa and the Cinque Terra. Short distance from a laundromat and shopping. Breakfast buffet was excellent and they also offered (included, no extra charge) made to order items on a menu. Ate one night in the hotel restaurant and it was very good.
From the moment i walked in to the moment i left, the staff, housekeeping all swcond to none. I will seek out staying there next trip to Pietrasanta it was that nice and affordable.

Very nice clean hotel, with all the amenities you need in a beach resort. Very friendly staff (owners and family), helpful with a lot of information for our daily trips (Pisa, Lucca, Cinque Terre, etc.), dinning and shopping choices.
We did jot want to leave the hotel and the Viareggio resort.
