The hotel is pretty well located ..it was quiet and comfortable. Parking was fine. The intended was a bit sketchy on my phone. Breakfast was the usual fare; yet, nice quality.
If you do not speak Italian, it is useful to know how to speak some Italian. The people are very kind and lovely, but it’s helpful to know Italian language. The setting is beautiful and food is delicious at the restaurant. The accommodations are clean, nice. I would return to the place and stay again. It is peaceful and relaxing.
Great house for a quiet, relaxing stay, very clean, wonderful friendly staff. Beach is a short drive or a 15 min bicycle ride away. Very peaceful place with a mountain view. The Pietrasanta train station has a free parking, so you can park and take the train to Cinque Terre, La Spezia, or Pisa.
Clean room with charm. Great shower (high pressure). Breakfast was very nice. Has AC. Outdoor seating for breakfast and a small outdoor space in front of the building for sitting in the morning or evening.

Staff was awesome! Food was excellent! Location was amazing! The only drawback is the rooms need updating to match. Room was certainly clean but bathroom was small and room a bit tight. We only had one night to spend and all three couples enjoyed the too short amount of time immensely. Staff was so friendly and totally on it. This is a fabulous, stylish hotel decorated in beautiful neutral colours but the staff in particular are wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble. There is no restaurant as such but the breakfast is super and we enjoyed the light lunches they offer. It is rated as a four star hotel but compared to other four stars we have stayed at in Italy, this hotel is far superior. (We also stayed in the last week of the season so the hotel was competitively priced compared to spring and summer).
Beautiful chic hotel. I chose the deluxe room with terrace. The terrace spanned the entire face of the building and was styled as a living room ~ wonderful. The perfect space for my German Shepard.
