The service was excellent and very friendly. Staff assisted with winery visit bookings and dinner recommendations and bookings. Room was spacious and well appointed. The only negative was the housekeeping staff failed to stock toilet paper and soap so requests had to be made when we ran out. Should also note that the building is interesting given it’s centuries old. The mix of old and new made it aesthetically appealing. The restaurant that shares the space was top notch. We had a delightful 5 nite stay. Perfect location- steps away from the ancient city entrance gate. Great restaurant next door if you are tired after a busy day of exploring and don’t feel like hiking around. Free parking and wonderful breakfast. Staff is amazing and professional. Room was terrific with a balcony overlooking the town of Spello and the pool. Can not say enough great things about this hotel, headed to Spello- this is a must!
Our hosts were very friendly and super responsive over What’s App (they were also patient as there was a language barrier). They were very flexible with our schedule for breakfast time. Their space was clean and very home-like. My husband and I would 100% recommend.
Booked last minute on our trip to Assisi not really knowing about this gem, but turned out to be the best! Very friendly staff. The location is just the best if your planing a trip to Assisi. The views are amazing and your not far from the basílica of st francis and Maria degli angeli. The best !
Myself and partner both in our 70’s stayed 8 nights. The grounds are beautiful. Excellent breakfast included. Staff helpful. Alessia was helpful for us as English speakers with little to non Italian. Close to Assisi. If I were to come back, I would definitely stay here.
The hotel was tucked away in a small town just outside of Montefalco. The rooms (including bathroom) were very large and decorated to the hilt. The owner makes the pastries (about 6-8) every morning. They have a wonderful dog, Pepo on premises which is very friendly and affectionate. We tried the restaurant and it was good as well. Service was impeccable

The family that owns this place was so helpful. None of them spoke English when I checked in, but we were able to figure it out with another guest who translated I could’ve used Google translate as well. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I had an amazing night sleep. The breakfast was great, and for a one night stay before my bike tour. This was perfect. It was quiet, cozy, and close to the start of my bike trip.
