We were totally delighted with our stay—everything was perfect. But the best part was the warmth and care that the mother and son give to their guests. They arranged our pickup from Rome Airport and when we arrived the son was there to greet us and carry our bags, show us the guesthouse and our room that had a balcony overlooking the promenade and sea. The location is very near the ship terminal but at our request he arranged for a taxi for us to go to our ship. We will definitely stay there...
We enjoyed our stay!!! Cute 1 BR apartment with beach access directly across the street- perfect!! Walking distance to train station (5-6min), grocery stores and restaurants within 10-15min. Cute little town!
We only stayed for one night but it was great! The bed was comfortable and the room very spacious. The bathroom and shower were amazing!! It is only. 15ish minute walk from the train station, minutes from the beach and 10 minute walk to the shuttles to get to port to catch our cruise. We had a balcony that overlooked the street with an ocean view. We would stay here again if we ever go back to this port for a cruise!
This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was unbelievable. Anything you need they handle with so much care. Whether you are out at the jacuzzi looking over the lake and they are bringing you drinks, or getting all of your clothes cleaned and pressed for a wedding, everything they do is top notch. It is not possible to have a cleaner room than this one. There are beautiful marble floors, pristine and modern bathroom, and table and fridge with varied beverages and snacks included in the price. Francesco is also an excellent host, explaining everything in detail and patiently answering any questions.
If I am ever in Civitavecchia again, this will be my abode of choice!
We spent the night here to catch our cruise the next day. It’s just down the block from the Civitavecchia train stop. It’s about a 10minutes walk to catch the free shuttle to the port. Please don’t judge the outside of the place because it is beautiful inside! The host is very responsive too. I would definitely come back again!

Elena & Monika are exceptional hosts that went above and beyond to make us feel as if we were visiting family friends. Upon arrival (which was after 20.00) we were personally greeted by Elena who assisted us with bags & offered to prepare the hot tub for us to relax after a long drive. She also recommended a few great restaurants that were still open & knew Elena so they offered us a discount!...
A uniquely designed villa, David Hockney inspired ( bright colors flow with music). So clean that I thought we were the first users ( turns out it was reconstructed 5 years ago).
We had to leave very early ( 7:15) for our flight, so the owner woke up very early to serve us the excellent breakfast. Glad we didn’t miss it. It was delicious
This is an excellent property. The house keeper are extremely nice and courteous. The only feedback I have is that the manager could have given us better instructions of how to get to the property before our arrival . Other than that, everything is excellent
This hotel Is perfect for taking a cruise. It is a 2 minute walk to the cruise port entrance. Luca greeted us when we checked in and arranged dinner reservations and was there to say goodbye in the morning. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, new, and comfortable. A/C works great!
