Wonderful location in a 16th-century palazzo on a quiet street just off the main square at the beautiful hilltop town of Caltagirone. The hotel did not provide breakfast, but the owner pointed us to a great breakfast place on the main square. Very friendly and helpful owner, clean and comfortable room. Highly recommended!
We appreciated the prompt and friendly service. Any request was immediately taken care of: food, drinks, as well as a brief A/C issue on a Saturday evening.
The best thing about the stay was Luana. She was helpful, knowledgeable and helpful. The heating unit did not heat the room sufficiently and the floors were way too cold. Rugs would have helped. It would also be helpful to have separate heating in the bathroom along with hotter water for the shower.
High recommend, owner made an effort to make sure we had everything needed. Very good restaurant on site maybe one of the best in town. This town has a free shuttle from the public parking lot and stop directly at the hotel and other stops in town. Parking is always my biggest issue with visiting towns in Italy and this gets an A+. Also, I left two bags in my car in the lot and they were still there in the morning so I felt it was very safe and secure.

Absolutely lovely and comfortable home just out of town. A 200 year old villa fully restored on property that includes gardens. The owner was very gracious and efficient and the breakfast was amazing. It takes about 7 minutes to go to the town center in car. Note that the road to town and to the house are tight so go slow and drive carefully.
What a lovely place to spend a leisurely afternoon and evening. Dinner was spectacular and so reasonably priced. We took a couple walks and sat outside on our lovely patio area. One warning though -- do NOT leave your shoes or any clothing outside. We had a pair of drying socks and shoes and a bra munched on (one shoe was actually taken away to be found completely demolished the following morning) by the cute but wily Sicilian foxes living onsite! They were pretty bold and we needed to make lots...

Great value for the price. The views are stunning, especially at night from multiple terraces. Less than a 10 minute drive to central Piazza Armerina, and there is a supermarket about within walking distance (or a very short drive).
