Very clean and beautiful hotel. Extremely friendly staff, and they ensure your safety during this COVID crisis...checking temperatures upon check in, plexiglass around the front counter, etc. The pool is HUGE and wonderful during these hot days. And the location is PERFECT. Right outside of the beautiful city of Lecce, and in the middle of the east, south, and west coasts of Puglia (most beautiful beaches in Italy).

Very friendly, knowledgeble staff. Fabulous breakfast. Great location. Free parking. Short drive into historic center of Lecce. Room exceptionally clean with all the amenties travelers need.

This was an amazing stay. The room was clean and up to date. In a summer resort town, we were there in October (shoulder season). You would think the staff would be minimal, but not so. They were in full force ready to assist. The dinner and breakfast were superb! The surrounding scenery of the Adriatic and the coastal vies were great. I would come back here in again.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and can’t wait to return in the future. The staff were very attentive and helpful, the room was large and beautiful and well appointed. The location was central to all the historic sights, close to shopping and resturants. The breakfast was also very good. We totally recommend this hotel. You will enjoy it tremendously!

Very nice hotel. The only problem was finding the hotel was a bit of a challenge. Hotel need to place larger sign. But, overall the staff are helpfull, the breakfast was delicious, the location is close to the historic center. The hotel is clean and safe. I am highly recomend tourists or travelers to book and stay at this hotel if they are planning to travel to Lecce, Italy.

When we arrived, these 70 somethings were a little unsure of the trendy decor and the fact that there was live music each night of our stay. However we were soon won over by the amazing young staff who worked so hard to ensure that we had a wonderful time. They were all kind and caring and always working with a smile. We loved our rooms and the roof top lounge. It turned out to be one of the highlights of our stay in Italy!

We loved our 2 night stay at Aia Grande! Rooms were so clean, spacious, and well laid out. The beds were very comfortable! The breakfast was very good and the staff was both friendly and helpful with dining recommendations and much more! We highly recommend staying at Aia Grande 👍

Hotel and staff were nice. Breakfast was better than your average hotel. Rom was spacious and had a huge closet. Parking was close, right outside. We had a car and parked in an underground garage (Parkejoo) near the town when we visited the town. Would be about a 20 minute walk and lots of intersections and cross-streets. Plus we had a stroller. So we drove back and forth from hotel to middle of town.

Beautiful suite and great location in the absolute heart of beautiful Lecce.

We spent the last few days of our trip with Giussepe and his staff at Masseria Torleanzi...it was really wonderful and I highly recommend staying here. We will be back for sure if we spend time in Puglia in the future. Thank you, Giuseppe!

The hotel is about a 10 min. walk from town centro. Staff was always helpful, friendly and caring. Room was more than adequate. Would stay there again.

A little heaven in Gallipoli! What more do I need to say?

The Palazzo is a beautiful building, it is well decorated with art and uniqueness all around. The staff is super friendly and willing to help. The breakfast is amazing, great choices and services. We travelled with our kids (3 & 1) and they were super friendly and patience with them. We used the pool in Palazzo Flora, also amazing, very unique and a great shelter in windy days. We also had dinner at their rooftop, very nice food and ambient. They gave us a very nice Puglia Rose as a VIP gift.
