Despite being built practically on top of the rail tracks in one of the busiest spots in the city, the hotel is amazingly quiet. Great sound insulation, windows and doors.
Nice hotel, location decent, brand new. I would say that no cleaning service could be a problem for some, but I enjoy the privacy. Check-in very easy with kiosks and code is emailed to you.
The gym was amazing- had all the equipment I could ever want. The kids play area and movie room was a nice bonus. The room was very clean and the decor was modern.
The staff was exceedingly helpful. The man at the counter gave very good advice regarding entertainment options and geography of the city. The room was very very clean and spacious The restaurant was hotel quality food.
The stay at Hotel Haaga was very good. Sauna, Gym and swimming pool with daily full breakfast add to the stay very enjoyable. The automatic full body massager helped with the massage services we needed. We observed people bringing their teenage daughter to Men's sauna which didn't look appropriate. We were a family of 4 and we stayed in Hotel Haaga from May 28th through June 2nd and then from June 4th through 9th. Overall experience was Excellent.
Had a great time during our stay. Hotel seemed historic but with all the modern conveniences. Our room was great, very comfortable and quiet even being close to the train station. We loved our stay and would definately cosider booking again for our next stay.
Excellent location close to public transportation, fun shopping and trails.Super friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast to suit anyone's palate. Our room was a bit small and dark, but we had a 6th floor room with a sauna and a balcony so the trade off was worth it!
The great things about this hotel are excellent location, interesting history, and the included breakfast and dinner, which made it so easy to come back after a day of sight-seeing and settle in for a nice meal. They even prepared something for the first day we arrived, when it was too late to make dinner, and we were able to eat in our room. Our room was lovely, large, and comfortable. Great place to stay. Easy walk from the train station and right the center of the city. Conveninetly located and overlooking a park!
