One of the most amazing hotel experiences I have ever had! Minnie and the entire staff are the nicest most attentive hosts. Beautiful property, delicious breakfast, great wine and olive oil and the most fun and delicious breakfast. Can’t say enough great things and highly recommend.
The owner Fabio was fantastic. Could not be more accomodating. He personally makes breakfast and homemade pastries. Highly recommend this facility. A little hard to get to but worth it.
The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was sumptuous. The pool was as warm as a bath. My only objection was that sometimes the pool would turn Trump reflecting pool green. However, the hotel would empty the pool and clean it. The view from the hotel, like much of Tuscany, was amazing. The bathroom in our room was large and the best I have experienced in any European hotel.
The staff was very kind, professional, friendly, and accommodating. Right out of a Tuscan rom-com, the hotel has a beautiful entry and garden and is in a gorgeous Tuscan setting. Ask for the room with the patio. It was great for morning coffee.
The town of Castel del Piano was lively with locals in the piazza and shop keepers sweeping to make clean and welcoming store fronts.
It was a beautiful experience in a lovely part of the countryside. The natural volcanic spring was amazing! The only negative aspect of the experience was dealing with the day shift host. We were asking about the different ways to get to the natural spring falls and he was acting like we were wasting his time. A complete 180 from the woman who helped us on the evening, Francesca. She was lovely.
This whole place is wonderful and we cannot wait to return again. We had been traveling around many cities around Italy so the quiet and beautiful location and apartment with all you need is just what we needed. Many bottles of wine purchased from the reception and the service and friendliness of the staff there really made us feel welcome. The cascate de Milano is as beautiful as you see on the pictures and as this property is on the doorstep head down first thing to avoid the crowds. Some nice...
Beautiful grounds! Staff were so helpful with giving suggestions on several places to visit around the area. I only wish we had been able to spend more time there. We will definitely be back!
I would definitely go back and stay longer in this region and hotel. Very lovely secluded location with vineyard and olive grove onsite. The bed was fantastic and we slept with the windows open and the sounds of the countryside lulling us asleep. Beautiful. Montalcino is a quaint little town that we thoroughly enjoyed.
This was the most amazing place to stay! This was our favorite stop on a 30-day trip to Greece, Italy and Switzerland. The surrounding countryside is stunning. Our room had a Turkish Bath - what a fun experience. We were a couple of weeks in to our vacation, and we were ready for some down time. Having a private little garden, overlooking the Tuscan hillside was WONDERFUL. The dinner we had on site was one of the best of our entire trip. Breakfast in the morning was an incredible display...
Helt fantastisk sted. Receptionisten var super hjælpsom med at skaffe os et værksted, pga problemer med bil, og meget hjælpsom med gode råd og andet. Alt var pænt og rent og fin morgenmad. Så dejligt at blive mødt af al den venlighed. Internettet var dog ikke det bedste (Tour de FRANCE😉). Glæder os til at komme tilbage til dette skønne sted.
This was a wonderful place to relax and stay away from the busy tourist areas. The lodging was very comfortable, staff very welcoming and helpful and the area so peaceful and beautiful. Our entire family loved staying here and the spa. I would highly recommend or visit here again!
