A lovely location, with a stunning garden. Cool building and an amazing cave parking garage.

Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing! We ended up staying a second night. As a result of this stay, we made a point to stay in another PHI later in our trip. The staff was great and went above and beyond.

Excellent hotel and restaurant. We needed a stay while attending an event at the Imola racetrack. Our room was simple, clean and quiet. The staff was very helpful, especially a younger girl at the front desk ( her name started with a M and she had brown hair) . The morning breakfast was complete with delicious pastries, breads, yogurt, fruits, eggs, meats, juice and coffee. We ate a wonderful dinner and dessert in the restaurant complete with wine for under €100 We also appreciated parking...

This was in the past a great place, now you can tell it needs more maintenance or probably a well done manicure but the staff were special, the breakfast is perfect and the stay was quite and confortable

We loved our stay at Fattoria Ca' di Fattino! The space was charming, quiet, and picturesque. When you stay here, you are entering into the slow, down-to-earth pace of rural Tuscany. The owner and her staff were hospitable and kind, and we felt welcomed into this home. The location was excellent for day trips to Bologna and Florence. Staff, room, facilities, restaurant, all 5's. Plus free parking, only 10 minutes to airport, and it's immediately off hiway to Firenze. 20 euro taxi to centro. Oh, yeah, the price is right.

Everything was terrific. This hotel serves the city of Bologna. It provides a quiet and peaceful place to stay while still offering the beauty and tradition of downtown Bologna.

This was our third stay .The staff goes out of their way to be helpful .The location is within walking distance to the center of the city as well as being a few blocks from the roadway that encircles the city and the two buses that ( 33&32) that we used extensively.

Renovated ancient structures, with comfy rooms overlooking the gorgeous valley below. Sabrina, the owner, was attentive and pleasant and cooked our meals even though the kitchen had officially closed for the season. We used it as a stop between Milan and Florence, and the drive to Firenze through mountainous back roads was another highlight. Waking up to the view is forever etched in our minds

We loved this hotel! They have plenty of free parking, the staff was friendly and welcoming and the hotel was beautiful. The room was great, spacious, big soft comfortable bed, a great bathroom with nice big walkin shower. The wifi was also fast, we were able to video chat and stream with no issues on multiple devices.
