Only thing bad, the caesar salad at the pool was HOT, like it was horrible. Please dont feed that anymore unless it comes chilled with the chicken on top. The salad should not be HOT!!

The staff here at the front desk are really wonderful. I am terrible with names (both the remembering and the spelling) so I am not sure but I want to say Agnes, Ivanah and another woman. They recommended great places to go, setup a wonderful wine tasting, and just generally were very pleasant to work with throughout.

This hotel was one of the best in our month-long trip to Italy. Very comfortable, close to everything - town, ferry, train, but not noisy or crowded area. Great for walking. The staff at the hotel were always helpful and friendly. I stayed 4 nights with my wife at Le Terrazze. Everything was perfect. The location is excellent, close to Amalfi, Ravello and not far from Positano. The view from my room was just AMAZING. The hotel crew led by Marcello was extremely helpful to arrange restaurant and activities booking. The hotel does not have a full restaurant, which I believe is a PLUS because it keeps it quiet, calm and private parking is always available. Breakfast is excellent. I would highly recommend it.
My husband and I were truly impressed by the generosity and great care we received during our stay! The hotel is extremely clean and the rooms were much larger than other hotels we stayed at in Italy. We had a nice balcony overlooking the pool and sea. The walk to town was charming. You can get great food at the local restaurants but the hotel also serves a nice sit down dinner and a continental breakfast. I highly recommend staying at this location. You will truly enjoy your stay!
Great property. The only down side is that the gate for entrance and after hours does not lock - its not broken it just doesn't lock. Any one can walk in off the street. This should be secured with an entrance code or key.
