"Most of the staff were very helpful. Unfortunately we got misinformed by a recently new member of reception. Instead of finding out the right information he told us the wrong information. Thankfully it worked out ok. An expensive error but could have been a bit worse. Josh in the bar was extremely helpful and friendly. His espresso martini was the best I have ever had. "

"We booked three nights here and had a great stay. The staff is wonderful and the rooms are clean - there are eco options on room cleaning which we liked. The spa was a treat for a great massage (Karen was my masseuse.) My sister came up ill on our last stay and reception desk was able to extend our stay a fourth night even while booked up. "Had a great two night stay here - conveniently located to the south of town centre, but easy to find and ample parking. Room was really comfortable, and clean/modern bathroom. Could be a bit noisy in the corridor. Breakfast was a buffet, but offered a good range of hot items. Front desk staff were really friendly and helpful. I'd certainly stay here again."
