"This is one of the best hotel I have ever stayed in past 10 years. Everything is excellent. How i wish every other hotel tries to match the Clements. "
"Great conveniently located hotel close yo tje airport or acess to highway if you are travelling to Auckland.
Everything was great however the breakfast could have been better in terms of choice, and service."
"Room with river/bridge view was lovely. Stayed one night comfortable bed and quiet. Walking distance to the main area with many choices of restaurants. A nice breakfast at hotel, did not have any other meals at the hotel. Paying for parking was worth the price after along day of driving."
"The parking was good - the charge for the room was very reasonable, there were four in our room & it was roomy quiet & comfortable- we all slept well"
"The room we stayed in was a standard room with two double beds. The beds were clean and comfortable enough. However, there was no facilities to hang up or leave small things like handbags and clothing. Apart from the beds, the only other piece of furniture was the sideboard but face towels and bath towels etc were piled up on it. There were two cups in the sideboard but no glasses when you wanted to brush your teeth. There was only one coat hanger in the room for two guests. If you were thirsty, there was no bottled water. The REAL problem was the bathroom which was about 25 cm higher than the floor of the hotel room. It was unbelievably small. It was tiled but very slippery. The shower box was not well lit, looking tired with a fixed shower head. It was, again, elevated, at least 25 cm above the slippery bathroom floor, making it extremely dangerous for children and the elderly. I nearly had a fall when I exited the shower box as there were no handles around to help. The small narrow glass pane to put your toothpaste etc. was placed quite high, not at a convenient level. The cover of the toilet seat did not always stand straight and had a tendency to fall on your back. You needed to control it while using the toilet. I was very disappointed after I used the bathroom but I planned to stay for one night only and was going to the Hot Air Balloon Festival early the next morning. I didn't have time to complain."
"Easy parking, though it was a little small. The room fit our family nicely. The room got cleaned every day, even if we didn't want it to, but it was fine. The room was clean. We enjoyed the free in-room Wi-Fi. Staff was nice and helpful. Location was nice, close to restaurants."
