Little things like not knowing when the room would be cleaned and having to ask on two occasions after 3pm. Breakfast had few western things but otherwise was ok.
Clean and spacious apartment with a great open view of the city. Good internet in the living area, but not that great in the bedroom. Good shower with unlimited hot water. Good bright lights. TV could be bigger with better channels. Friendly and helpful front desk staff.
The Staff! Out all the 64 countries I’ve visited and all the hotels, this place had the kindest, most helpful, down to earth staff I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. I honestly considered them friends when I left. One even did a portrait of my cat!

This was carefully curated and better than most 5 star hotels could do. If we ever had to stay somewhere else because they were booked we would still go there for the breakfast. It had that home cooked vibe for sure.

Dynasty hotel is a great place to enjoy your vacation, 10 minutes away from the city center, very quite neighborhood, walking distance to the supermarket, has free car parking, beautiful pool, spa, Jacuzzi. Front desk was welcome us with glass of wine, which is rare. Outstanding customer service by front desk Gayane A., and Mush M. (Forgot the last names). Thank you again for your excellent service. Nice hotel, clean, decent size rooms and comfortable bed. Front desk speaks English and is very friendly and helpful. Shower has rain option, and is nice and hot for a long time. Very central to everything, easy to walk to whatever you want to see.
