This is a great hotel across the street from the airport but the airport shuttle is not always reliable. (Think of the worst traffic you have ever been; things don't work smoothly.) We walked what Google indicated would be 10 minutes to the hotel. But there is a fence around the Bali airport, following the map is complicated, and you have to walk a block on a main road with no sidewalk. I can’t complain of my stay at all, I was listed for my free breakfast like I was supposed to be and no issues with my booking. I was picked up from the airport on time, as the email had stated to call ahead of time for pickup, so I called the day before arriving with my flight information. The room was great for the price, the pool and bar area is absolutely beautiful. My experience was very good.

To be honest, I don't know if it is truly a "5 star" resort as it doesn't come close to the Ritz Carlton-level, but it is a really nice place.
