This is a great hotel across the street from the airport but the airport shuttle is not always reliable. (Think of the worst traffic you have ever been; things don't work smoothly.) We walked what Google indicated would be 10 minutes to the hotel. But there is a fence around the Bali airport, following the map is complicated, and you have to walk a block on a main road with no sidewalk. Close to the airport. We walked one mile, rather than paying $21. Huge room. The white bed cover was stained (my only negative comment). It was perfect for a few hours of sleep since we arrived at midnight and left the next day for Ubud. They need to separate the smokers from nonsmokers, since the smoke was blowing on us.
I can’t complain of my stay at all, I was listed for my free breakfast like I was supposed to be and no issues with my booking. I was picked up from the airport on time, as the email had stated to call ahead of time for pickup, so I called the day before arriving with my flight information.
