This hotel was beautiful, the service excellent, and the staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly. This is a historical hotel which was a victim/and witness to the genocide of 1994. And yet they have carried on and risen above the horrific events of that time; and have turned this hotel into the beautiful place it is. We enjoyed our time! The staff was on top of things. I felt safe in the neighborhood. They helped with taxis and making sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and were extra stocked with what we all needed.

Great room with plenty of space. The bed was very comfortable. Wonderful people always there to help. The restaurant was nice; excellent food and friendly waiter. The location was ideal: close to many restaurants, banks, and stores.

Friendly, clean and in a great place in the city.

Stayed here for 8 nights and the experience was very positive. The staff are helpful and gracious especially for a long stay like ourselves. The breakfast is hearty, don't forget you can get eggs to order! The rom is a good size for 2 people sharing. Location you can walk to multiple coffee shops and cafes, and is quiet. Hotel is great to provide access to local drivers/taxis and I recommend getting the number of a few drivers so that you can be picked up or other activities.
