This was our best hotel experience in Bali. The view from the cabin is unbeatable looking into the smoky mountainous rainforest. We also got a free upgrade to à suite. That was awesome. The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The room comes with tons of perks like free laundry, free souvenirs, afternoon tea, and guided trek through local plantations. The restaurant food was also fantastic. I would highly recommend.
Beautiful property and great staff. Walked into town and explored on our own. Our only complaint was that the only option for dinner was at the retreat, which did not have much variety for vegans/vegetarians and was generally just ok.
It's a beautiful newish property with spectacular views!! It was clean and staff was super helpful and friendly.
The only negative is that it is hard to find - no signs on main street and kind of bad path off the main road. The outside of the property seems to be worked on still so hopefully it will all be resolved once finished.
Also not much to do right around there - but that is probably the case for many places around Bali.

This is probably our seventh time staying at this incredible meticulously Puri Dajuma Eco Resort. Exceptionally trained and caring staff delicious breakfast options and views one can only dream about we particularly like Soka A, a charming bungalow in the upper pool area.

We love, love, loved this accommodation! The setting is peaceful surrounded in nature. The staff was helpful at all times. Communication was one of the best of any place we ever stayed! They want you to have the best holiday, they checked in on us multiple times. Kept you in the know. Updated us on what was the activity of the day. It was very smart. The room was beautiful! They prepared everything perfectly for arrival. We highly recommend this property. It could not have been better.

Our villa was exactly as you see in the images, the staff are amazing especially Yulia, Musgi and Emma. The food was great, the views spectacular and an amazing way to experience traditional Bali. During our first night there we had some issues with the air conditioner, which the staff tried to resolve straight away and kept on checking on during our whole stay to make sure that it was working fine and that we were comfortable. There is also a clinic on site which was very helpful as my mom fell sick during our trip and to make us feel right at home the hotel sent us a Get Well Soon bouquet to our room. The most amazing place i have ever visited. The staff is soooo friendly. The food delicious. Wvery night tgey have live music. The pool is unmatched. The view is incredible. You feel transported to another world and never want to leave. Be sure to attend a yoga class and if you are lucky enough to get a private villa (there are only 18 of them)have them decorate it with real flowers for your special occasion. There is nothing you won't love about this resort.
