"I had a wonderful stay at the OBH. The staff are brilliant and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. You are right opposite Cotesloe beach which is stunning. Right next door it a cool and chilled out pub with great food. Around the corner is a laundramat if you are staying longer. Very accessible to Perth centre and Freo, or further afield if you rent a car.. I enjoyed it so much that I have already booked my flight and accommodation there for next year (Feb 2027). "Hotel is in very good location, close to train station and dining area. Rooms are simple and comfortable. Breakfast was different - if someone is meat lover may be disappointed but was fresh and well presented. "

"I was attending a function at the hotel so stayed for two nights. I had booked the superior room. Room was excellent with no complaints and had a superb view over the Swan River. The function was well catered for. On the last night I dined in the in-house restaurant. The meal was very good. I would certainly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again when in Perth."
