"So I have a laundry list as to why this place is horrible. The "maintenance guy" asked if we had any uppers to sell. There was what seemed to be blood stains on the wall. The lock.... was just a key that barely worked. How many times has that been copied? The door security latch was held together with a bold with no nut and was easily removable from the outside. Place was crawling with junies. There was carvings in the wall, as if someone had taken a knife and slashed about. The phone reciever wouldn't even attach to the phone. Hot water took 20min to heat up. Black mold all over the bathroom Tags and debris all over the back of the bathroom door. The door to the suite had clearly been kicked in before and left little to no security. Smashed out windows of a suite 2 down. No security cameras on the parking lot and minimal lighting. Don't bother with this place it should be bouldozed and owners should be ashamed."

"It was very mid, no soundproof at all"

"Showed up after check in time. Was told we would have to wait for our room to be cleaned before we could check in, were told some people had been waiting 3 hours to get into their room. Was told there was free parking. Parking lot was extremely small and full. Room had stained carpets, they used a flat sheet in place of a fitted sheet and the mattress was all stained. Bright security light shining through the window all night."

"Hotel rooms were very nice and clean and staff was friendly. Only complaint would be it was difficult to do my makeup in the room as the lighting around all the mirrors is quite dim and no counter space in the bathroom"

"Lovely stay and wonderfully clean place. Lots of options for breakfast and staff were great. Only downside is the train/sirens can be a bit loud but that’s just what you get being downtown, no fault of the hotel. Great stay!"

"The room was big and clean but dated. The check in was good. We just had a quick one night stay so didn’t use any amenities. There was no free breakfast included. It was Good for our purpose . "
