I NEVER write reviews but felt I had to write one for this new family-run hotel. What a delightful experience! My father has Parkinson's Disease, and this will probably be his last trip abroad. Our say at this hotel was fantastic - great would be an understatement. The rooms are beautiful, welcoming, and perfect. The staff, well, they truly make the hotel even more of a fantastic place to stay. Extremely helpful, warm, friendly, and knowledgable, the staff really made our stay a memorable one. Good hotels have good rooms; great hotels have great staff. This is the only place to stay in Split, and even more so, in Croatia.

Ms Claudija is a treasure! She gives great advice and tips to get around. She went above and beyond to show us how to get to her property. The rooms are clean! It had a small refrigerator, wine and tumbler glasses, utensils, etc. She provides washing for 10 Euro a small load. The house is conveniently located to everything. There is private parking for a fee. I felt very safe at House of Claudija.
