"Hotel Umag Plava Laguna has very nice beaches (sand and also gravel), pools and a waterpark for kids. Breakfast was great though quite crowded. The room was clean and rather large yet visibly not the newest anymore. Umag is a very safe town super suitable for families with children and overall so underrated."

"Great friendly staff. Clean rooms with clear comfortable beds. For an all inclusive resort, the food was just okay. This is definitely a family friendly resort with lots of kids. The non alcoholic drinks were not very good. Cheaper generic cola wasn’t good. The beach and pool area were nice. Overall, I would stay again "

"First the positive: this is a fine hotel with nice facilities and nice beach access within walking distance of Novigrad center. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Good spa / gym. The staff really try to be helpful - and they were helpful with several requests.
Now the negative - our room was dirty when we arrived - there was a dried blood spot on one duvet cover, there were hairs in the bathroom and an old bar of soap still in the shower. The hairs in the bathroom I noticed when I arrived but...
