Great location right in the center of the old town of Fazana. A few steps away from many restaurants, shops and the marina and a short 2 minute walk to the beach area. Very lively town in the evenings with most noise done by 22h so very quiet at night. The room was very nice and cozy. Bathroom was very clean with modern furnishings. I stayed at this beautiful resort close to Pula with my two teenage sons - and we loved everything about the hotel, from the pool/spa area to the private beach to the graciously big rooms. The location is beautiful, right on the water, outside of Pula proper.
Spacious and quiet room with park view. Buffet breakfast and dinner were ok, you will not leave the dining area hungry since they offer a good variety of dishes. If you are looking for a spot to relax you've definitely come to the right place.

This is a great small hotel for few days outing. We booked three triple bed rooms. Never been there before just made last minute decission on what I read about from others on Hotels.com. Pour trip brought us here from Miami Florida and we toured the area. Hotel staff exceptionally friendly and speak other languages. Very clean and quaint- parking is trickery, but the hostess was able to show us spaces in a lot apx 2 blocks away .
You will also need to haul your luggage up 2 flights of steps. But overall, a great value for the price.
We were extremely happy with the walkability of the hotel. No car was needed to get your shopping on or get a nice meal or a Gilatto. You can walk to the arch and to the ocean and the colosseum.
