"We enjoyed our stay at Heritage Lodge. For the price, it was a great! The climb up (stairs + elevator) the hotel was not bad at all as we mostly came back when the sun is down. The staff are really nice! Location was good. Would stay here again if we were to visit HK in future! "

This isn't downtown Hong Kong, but it is much more relaxing. About three blocks walk to the MTR metro station that can get you anyolace in Hong Kong including the airport. Plenty of restaurants around. Close the the Cattle Depot Artists collectice which I really enjoyed. Right next to the Kai Tak Sports complex if thats your thing. Would definitely stay there again!"
"Efficient and polite staffs. Same building is China Ferry Terminal with many dining options. Shops and drugstores nearby. Centrally located and on same lobby ( elevator) floor is explanade with nice waterfront and nearby Kowloon Park. Good for early morning walk as Kowloon Park is easily traverse by skybridge."
"very convenient location. a taxi stand, always has taxis, right in front og the entrance. many local food small restaurants, supermarkets, and laundry shops around. right next to Kowloon Park, just 10mins walk to Tsim Sha Tsui (can walk thru the park). If museums are on your list of things to see, you might want to browse the collections at Dialogue In The Dark in Sham Shui Po. Why not take a stroll along the port and watch the sunset while you're here? It's also full of great shops and restaurants, so you can spend the afternoon having a wander. If you want to see more of the museums in Kowloon, Hong Kong Museum of Art and Hong Kong Palace Museum aren't far.
The room is spacious and the staff give us free upgrades due to they understand the needs of the elderly. Excellent location where the access to public transportation such as MTR or buses or even taxis is only a step away. We are the return customers and really appreciate the hospitality and services they provided. I will definitely book this hotel as our stay whenever we visit our families in Hong Kong in the near future.

A long time ago, finer hotels would greet you and follow up with you and if one returned numerous times (like we have) they followed up with you and made sure you were taken care of. Edmund is a treasure in our opinion. I have stayed here 5 times in 3-4 months, and if I ever have any type of request, Edmund makes it happen. Other hotel employees may use the scripted "we will do our best and it is based on other factors, etc". Well, if I am flying from San Francisco to Hong Kong, I'm exhausted...
We stayed at the Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour in June 2025 and have no complaints. The room was modern, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed and sofa bed were both comfortable. The view was spectacular. The bathroom was a bit cramped but the rain shower felt great. They also provide robes which we appreciated when visiting their infinity pool.
