The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and conveniently located next to the airport.

Very clean, employees were most accommodating. Somehow, I was able to make my needs clear to them. They speak very little English and I speak no Spanish. My only complaint is no face cloths were provided. But this was also the case at other hotels. It is a very safe and secure hotel. I felt very comfortable.

Lucita from the hosal picked us up from the airport, the room was clean and simple, we spent there only one night but it was great! RECOMMEND!!

Staff/ Owners were really responsive and helpful. Property was very safe and secure with guard at gate who was patiently waiting for our arrival. Owners provided us with a 2 bedroom, 2bath apartment with a kitchen and living room and cheerfully and sweetly brought us a delicious breakfast at our personally scheduled time. Couldn’t have asked for more after having a flight cancelled unexpectedly in a city we had never been to. I would definitely come back to this property when coming to explore...

Great value hotel. Right in a safe central part of the city. Thousands of people outside but you would never know it. Walking distance to bus stations and the Central Park. Good breakfast included. Nice helpful staff.

Unbelievably incredible hotel! This place is a PALACE! The pictures shown online do not do it justice. I created an entire photo album just of photos I took in the hotel! The grounds are exquisite, the halls are filled with incredible artwork and statues. The pool is wonderful. The suite we were provided with was fit for a king! The property was absolutely beautiful. Availability was great, the only thing that I will remark on is that there is not a pool in the hotel or any other surrounding hotels. I went searching for an outdoor pool and could not find one in the area of Cayala. That is the only thing I would recommend. Any pool that could be shared by that hotel and others would be great. Not the AC hotel's fault, will always choose this hotel line.

This is such a charming hotel! We loved it. There is so much to walk to and our room had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.
