"What was obviously a somewhat tired hotel in the not too distant past has had its rear and 'more modern' (compared to the original) accommodation thoroughly modernised to a very pleasingly high standard. The twin room we stayed in was comfortably spacious compared to other budget-medium price places we've stayed in, with all the amenities we needed and spotlessly clean. No noise at all with sounds from other guests above/below/or close by. Buffet breakfast (incl. cooked) was amazing - nothing wanting and good coffee. All the staff were amazingly helpful, nothing too much trouble and issues dealt with straight away. Windows can be opened a bit which we like for fresh air. We'll definitely be back. Thank you!"

"Awesome staff. Gerald greeted us upon arrival and made us feel very welcome. Very personable, wonderful server. Jude went out of his way to help us figure out the bus to Stratford, and even walked with us to the bus stop. There was a slight misunderstanding as to whether we had breakfast included, and Chiara handled it with extreme graciousness. Easy parking, fantastic room, and top notch food. My husband in particular liked the wood fired pizza. Would not hesitate to stay here again."

"Really enjoyed our stay at the Wood Norton, the hotel was in a great location and the facilities were lovely. We had a king size bed which was fabulous and the shower was very spacious. The only criticism we had about the room was that it only had 2 lamps with no main light, so it was quite dark in the evening. Would definitely return for another visit."
