This was probably the best hotel experience we've had in years. The staff was the best we've ever interacted with. They offer a wine and cheese night Monday through Wednesday and their breakfast is excellent. Staff treated us like family and they acted as if they were owners of a bed and breakfast. The laundry room works very well and the gym was very nice. We stayed there for 8 days. The location is perfect and Central to everything you want to do in Newcastle.
The stay was excellent and the rooms were really well designed. I also appreciate how they were able to extend my booking last minute. The best part of this hotel is access to downtown Newcastle by foot and access to the train station or metro.
The only thing I don't recommend is the restaurant on the 2nd floor. It was extremely overpriced and portions were small and nothing special. For breakfast I highly recommend going to the cafe on the 1st floor. The food and snacks there are great and...

Really love this hotel! The only suggestions I have is possibly a place to store my clothes and maybe a refrigerator in the room. Otherwise, this hotel is so amazing!
Our apartment was a spacious two bedroom unit with a separate living/dining area plus a kitchenette. Everything was very clean, and the decor was updated and modern. The location was great: very close to Central Station, the football stadium, and grainger market. And the price was excellent. Overall we were very very pleased with our stay. Would definitely stay again.
Room and hotel are clean. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast isn’t great. Service is wonderful tho. The price of the hotel is great! I recommend staying here if you want a great price point and somewhere clean and comfortable with friendly service.
