The hospitality was some of the best i have ever experienced. The food was great, the beer garden was perfect. Good place for its price, good size rooms and nice environment in overall. Very good communication with the maneger, but their Wi Fi has very low signal and almost 0 speed, but everything else was perfect! I would recommend this place.

My room was small, but very clean and comfortable. Short walk to underground station made this a great base for exploring the city. The area is quiet, but always has enough activity to feel safe. As a single traveler, I was perfectly comfortable walking after dark.

Within the financial district we only had the london tower and the tower bridge nearby so we had to take the underground to most places for sightseeing.

After dark the walk from the tower station or park station can be dark on some streets. Not dangerous just our daughter felt uncomfortable a few times.

The design is fun and modern. There are numerous restaurants onsite and a 24hr gym.
The location is perfectly situated right next to liverpool station and you have numerous cafes, a tesco, a boots across the street.
Above all else though, the staff is the heart of the hotel.
