The room and bathroom was spacious and clean. Sonia at the front desk was amazing . Restaurant wasn’t that great but I would stay here again

I had an amazing stay at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge! The hotel itself is beautiful, offering stunning views and excellent amenities. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the exceptional service. Myriam went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect. Her warmth, attention to detail, and professionalism truly made a difference. I can't recommend this hotel enough, and I’m grateful for Myriam’s incredible hospitality!

The spa was absolutely amazing and the staff were so kind and helpful Beds and pillows were great if you want a different stiffness of pillow they will change for you Food at bar was phenomenal and breakfast was plenty

We only stayed one night but it’s right next to the bridge so it’s pretty much around everything, the restaurant downstairs was very good as well.

Beautiful hotel close to everything

We loved our stay at Luna Simone. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were the perfect start to the day. The family made us feel very welcome and went out of their way to accommodate my family. Beds were comfortable and the room was spotless. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you!

Excellent staff, room service, quiet helpful staff.

I love the location. It’s very close to two tube stations, with the Waterloo station being my favorite. It’s very close to lower marsh street, which is a walkable street with lots of street vendors. The London eye, Big Ben and Parliament are all a 10 to 15 minute walk which will put you at the Westminster station. The room was larger than most rooms in the area for the price. The bed was comfortable, however my son had to sleep on the pullout couch and he said it was very uncomfortable. That...

Absolutely wonderful hotel! Once of the best I have stayed in! It is close to everything important, all walkable- attractions, restaurants, shops, transportation. The room was large and very clean and comfortable! The history of the hotel is so neat too, Million was truly wonderful and he took us on a tour and showed us some historical areas near by, it was the best, he is really awesome! Great time trying something new. The place is great and in the middle of everything! I got a single but had to upgrade to a double for more comfort. But all in all it was exactly what I needed.

We enjoyed the holiday decor and the art installations. They also provided a celebratory wine and desert treat for our anniversary. It’s a beautiful property in the heart of London.

This is a quaint hotel. The bathrooms are brand new, but the rest of the hotel has an English feel that welcomes you. The elevators are very small, but we never had any problems using them. There is a wonderful bar and an excellent restaurant. The staff could not be nicer. We had a dedicated doorman who helped me in and out of taxis. We loved every minute of our stay and would highly recommend it.
