The presentation and quality of food was done with care and love. They are incredible ambassadors for the town and for the hosbitality industry . The staff was was extremely helpful with any questions and needs we had. If you are planning on going to St. Ives this where you need to stay.

The staff were beyond helpful and kind. One of the guys who worked there (sadly I didn't catch his name! But he was youngish with light hair) was extremely welcoming and we enjoyed chatting with him. The cleanliness was okay. They did not change the towels and it was a tad dusty. The window only opened slightly but it brought in air and cleared out the musky smell. I mean, it's an old hotel. I really enjoyed my three night stay here. The room was spacious, and came with a bottle of water and a biscuit. It was centrally located to explore the south coast of Cornwall.
