"The customer service from all hotel staff was fantastic! Everyone was so friendly, polite, and extremely helpful. Deluxe twin room was large and spacious, however the bathroom was looking tired and in need of a refresh. Brilliant location in the city centre - everywhere was in walking distance. Would definitely stay there again."

"Whilst the hotel is being refurbished we found it good value, clean and the staff were exceptionally welcoming. Decent choice at breakfast and whilst our room was a little outdated it was clean and of a good size. We managed to park in front of the hotel too and our room faced the sea."
