Really enjoyed our room in the Castle View. Dining was a bit too formal for our tastes.

It was a perfect stay. It is very charming with a warm and helpful staff. Conveniently located to all local attractions. The only caution is there are only 3 parking spaces…first come first serve. You have to drive up the hill through the town wall and make a left up another hill. The parking is 24 hours at 8.5 pounds.

The room was clean and the restaurant was very convenient for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff was very kind and helpful. My husband missed the last food call one evening and the chef made him a sandwich so he had something to eat. They went above and beyond.

Had a beautiful room and the owners were amazing hosts. Breakfast was excellent. 5 minute walk to the beach. No on site parking, but a city lot just a minute away.

We loved Llandudno! The house was very convenient to everything! Sue was very helpful and friendly, and made sure we had a parking spot. The Welsh breakfast was wonderful in the morning.

Conwy is beautiful & the Castle Hotel is a great hotel. Very comfortable room and quite place to spend the night. The adjacent restaurant is lovely.

Arrived by train and the hotel was just a short walk to the promenade. Check in was quick and friendly with David - and we received helpful information on the area and hotel for our stay. We had booked a twin room that faced towards town at the rear of the hotel which had tea and coffee making facilities and iron and trouser press. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Our twin had an ensuite shower. A lift connects the floors if needed, The hotel was centrally located and walking distance...

Everything was great. We had a nice, quiet, vacation. Matthew was so nice, we had an excursion and had to leave early before breakfast. He made us a sandwich to take with us. He was the best!

The hotel staff were wonderful and the room was quaint, clean and cozy. The hotel is located at the end of a very narrow street. Please note there is a small car park on the side of the hotel, which I missed upon arrival. This is important as the town is quite lively and there are very few parking spaces otherwise. We had a great meal the next morning and would definitely stay here again.

I loved this hotel! The location is excellent for going to the beach, walking around town or catching the bus or train for day trips. The breakfast was the best that I have ever had with British bacon that was delicious. There was a private bar for the guests that I didn’t use, but it looked like many did, with a nice patio out front. The staff was superb!
