"Very nice room on the first floor - spacious, clean and comfortable. The blackout curtains were really good and the room was very quiet. Nice fluffy towels. My only gripe is having to pay £5 a night to park - having already paid for the hotel I object to having to pay extra to park."

"We try and come here every year, the staff of both the hotel and the spa are lovely. The place is a little tired but that only adds to its charm. First time we ’ve been charged for robes which has never happened before (they’re usually provided in the room). We were quite surprised given we’d already spent a considerable amount on spa treatments and the weekend break itself."

"Very nice hotel. Very clean rooms food was excellent. The only one small negative was the room was very warm due to hot copper pipes running along the wall which were very hot. It was if you had radiator on. You felt it more because it was only a single room."
