"The room was immaculate, the bed the most comfortable hotel I have ever slept in. The staff were amazing, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was plentiful and of a high standard. Couldn’t fault our stay except it works have been nice to have a room with a view, but not having one didn’t detract from an amazing stay."

"We spent 4 days here and enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, and the buffet breakfast was great each morning. The room is a bit small but everything was well organized and setup. The lobby bar was a nice touch and seemed to be quite busy each night. Hotel staff were very pleasant to deal with."

"Front desk their very best to accommodate our very early arrival. After a few room switches we settled in and started exploring. The room had a very comfortable bed. The fridge wasn’t very cold be good enough. You receive credit when you skip housekeeping but use the credit asap. We were hoping to use it for our early departure but the coffee shop was closed and we had to leave 40 pounds credit behind. Very disappointing"

"The check in was fast and informative. Room was very clean and was cleaned every day of our stay. Visited the bar one night for some food and drinks with great service from staff. I recommend this hotel if travelling through Heathrow. It was convenient to catch the Underground for a day visit to central London."
