The Royal Hotel
8/10 Good
"Close to everything, had a pool and gym you can use. Staff friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay."
Hampton by Hilton York Piccadilly
10/10 Excellent
"we had an amazing stay, great location rooms clean and staff are friendly and helpful would recommend to friends and family and would return again"
Moxy York
8/10 Good
"The introduction was negative in that we had no hot water in the room! We were told that it should be fixed in the morning but we may have to go to another room to get it! However, hot water did start to run later in the evening much to our joy! We found the room to be basic with few pieces of furniture but that was ok once you got used to the look. More coat hangers would have been good. The breakfast was excellent and the location of the hotel superb. Despite our starting difficulties we would return."
Radisson Hotel York
8/10 Good
"The hotel is very well situated from the station and town centre. Breakfast was very good. Standard room was ok quite small although king bed. Our only complaint was it was so noisy from the street, shouting in the night and the refuse lorry came every morning at 5am so if we stayed again we would ask for a room overlooking the river side not the street. The hotel should look at visitors who are staying more than one night and offer rooms accordingly we stayed 3 nights and should have asked to be moved."
Novotel York Centre
10/10 Excellent
"Good experience"
The Milner York
8/10 Good
"although the weather was hot the room was cold and we could not adjust the air conditioning."
Delta Hotels by Marriott York
8/10 Good
"Great location, nice sized room and had everything we needed. Useful to have a fan! Pool and leisure facilities on site was a bonus and easy to join for breakfast each morning. We found it easy to find the hotel and park our car and then took the bus into the city centre each time which was very simple and quick."
Hampton by Hilton York
10/10 Excellent
"Great hotel - centrally located 9 min walk from train. Had to leave early to catch train but would stay again."
Grand Hotel Scarborough
8/10 Good
"Had a really nice room with a sea view which was exactly what I had asked for. Very nice"
