"Lovely clean and comfortable room. The mattress and pillows felt so luxurious. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great atmosphere in the restaurant and lounge area with loads of games to help yourself to. We ate in the restaurant and the food was lovely with plenty of vegetarian options for me, good price and large portions. We didn’t use the parking as came by train and walked from the station which was a bit of a trek for two pensioners and took us around 30 minutes as needed to keep stopping and sheltering from the storm! Got a taxi back which was only just over £7 so a bargain. Used the taxi request service in the hotel and only needed to wait 6 minutes so brilliant! Great location for the Plymouth Arena and would stay there again for sure if going to a show."
